Homemade candied egg yolk cakes handmade one by one in our bakery. Painted with stiff egg white (albumen and sugar).
INGREDIENTS: Marzipan 50% (ALMOND (66%), sugar, glucose and preservative (E-200), 50% FILLING (candied yolk (egg yolk, sugar, glucose syrup, preservative (E-200), stabilizer (E-466) and acidulant (E-330)), ground almonds, cinnamon), ALBUMIN and corn starch.
CONSERVATION: Keep in a cool, dry place away from foreign odors. Do not expose to sudden changes in temperature. Keep away from sunlight. Keep in original container.
SHELF LIFE: 4 months.
