Description

INGREDIENTS: Marzipan 50% (ALMOND (66%), sugar, glucose and preservative (E-200), 50% FILLING (candied yolk (egg yolk, sugar, glucose syrup, preservative (E-200), stabilizer (E-466) and acidulant (E-330)), ground almonds, cinnamon), ALBUMIN and corn starch.

  • 50% MAZAPAN MASS: Mar zipan (Almond 66%), sugar, glucose and preservative (E-200).
  • 50% FILLING: Candied egg yolk (egg yolk, sugar, glucose syrup, preservative (E-200), stabilizer (E-466) and acidulant (E-330)), ground almonds and cinnamon.

CONSERVATION: Keep in a cool, dry place away from foreign odors. Do not expose to sudden changes in temperature. Keep away from sunlight. Keep in original container.

SHELF LIFE: 4 months.

PACKAGING: Embossed aluminum foil. Suitable for food use.
