who we are
More than 180 years of tradition
More than 150 years ago, Luis Mira, a master artisan from Jijona, embarked on a unique journey: he loaded his cart with artisanal turrón and headed for Madrid. His exquisite turrón, made using centuries-old recipes, was so delicious that he had to restart the journey four times because he sold out before arriving. Thus was born the tradition of turrón in Madrid, at the hands of the city's oldest bakery, synonymous with quality and flavor since 1862.
