INGREDIENTS: Water, Sodium Metabisulfite (E-223), Calcium Chloride (E-509), Potassium Alum (E-522), Citric Acid. Soaking in water, boiling in syrup (sugar and water).
STORAGE: Room temperature/Cool and dry
SHELF LIFE: 60 days ambient.
PRESENTATION: Whole fruit or in pieces.
PACKAGING: Bulk/weight.
