Legal terms and conditions for product lottery

  • A drawing will be held among all participants who have correctly fulfilled each of the requirements described in the description of the published image.
  • The award consists of 1 basket with a selection of handmade sweets worth 230,75€. The basket consists of:
      • 4 tablets of nougat (500gr).
      • ½ kg of yolk cake.
      • 1/4 kg of Glorias de Jijona.
      • ½ kg of marzipan figurines.
      • ½ kg of walnut yolks.
      • ½ kg of polvorones.
      • 1 bag of 100gr of sugared almonds.
      • 1 bag of 100gr of pine nuts
  • The duration of the contest will be from Friday, December 6 until 23:59h on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
  • To participate you must:
    • Follow Casa Mira’s Instagram account (@casamiramadridoficial) and Like the contest photo.
    • Mention two people per comment on the photo published on December 6, 2025 on Casa Mira’s Instagram account (@casamiramadridoficial). There is no limitation on the number of comments made by each participant as long as they are different users. Being not mandatory to get a participation in the sweepstakes, if the participant shares the publication through their stories (also naming the @casamiramadridoficial account), they will get an extra participation.
  • The sweepstakes will be held among those participants residing in Spain (only Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
  • The winners of the draw will be drawn byrandom selection computer systems from among all those who have participated in accordance with the established rules.
  • One winner and two alternates will be chosen during the drawing.

  • The winner’s username will be published on Monday, December 15 via Casa Mira’s Instagram account.

  • The winner will be informed by direct message through the social network (Instagram) only by the Casa Mira account (@casamiramadridoficial).

    – If the winner renounces the prize, Casa Mira will contact the alternate person according to the order in which they were selected during the draw
    . If finally none of the three people selected (winner and alternates) do not respond within the same period of 1 calendar day (24 hours), Casa Mira may decide whether to draw again or declare it void.

    – If the winner resides in Madrid (capital and province), the prize will be delivered to the store (Carrera de San
    Jerónimo, 30, Madrid). If the person prefers home delivery, he/she will be responsible for the shipping costs involved.

    – Participation in the sweepstakes implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of the sweepstakes.

    – Casa Mira reserves the right to cancel the contest for justified reasons, as well as to modify the rules at any time or
    to leave the prize vacant. In case this happens, it will be made known to the participants in the same channel that the
    contest has been promoted, with the corresponding explanation.

    – Casa Mira reserves the right to exclude participants who do not comply with the rules set out in these rules, as well as
    disqualify those who violate the development of the action or act in a fraudulent manner
    .

    – The company is exempt from liability in the event that it does not locate a winner within 5 calendar days.

    – Any incidents that may occur and are not covered by these rules will be resolved by Casa Mira according to its best
    criteria.
